Poisson is a brand new fishmonger opened on Northfields Avenue by former journalists Simon and Katie Osborne. Katie attended a start up workshop which Glenda delivered for Action Acton following which she came for a one to one advice session. At that time Katie was overwhelmed by the amount of work they had to do and not sure what to do first. She and Glenda sat down with the list and identified what was priority and what could be left until later.
